At least one of the measures financed must be a major ENERGY STAR labeled measure. Photovoltaic and wind project applications are not eligible for the buydown. All loans are subject to credit approval by lender and NYSERDA. The regular loan rate refers to the rate for which the customer qualifies based on credit history.
