residential mortgage lender
The Residential Mortgage Lender is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers, accountants, attorneys and developers to generate new mortgage business. The Residential Mortgage Lender is responsible for meeting with customers one-on-one for the purposes of originating and closing residential mortgages and cross-selling bank products and services through referrals to the branches. Establish strong relationships with centers of influence to promote the Banks products and services. Portraying the Banks professional image and customer service orientation in order to meet or exceed goals and generating new business are key aspects of this position. Outstanding customer service response time and accuracy of all documentation, including sales process tracking, is mandatory. This position will require some travel and cold calling to third parties and may require evening and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of customers and third parties.
Experience requirements: Proven track record in the residential lending field with contacts in Southern Dutchess and Orange Counties.
loan servicer
The Loan Servicer position is responsible for ensuring accurate General Ledger balances, processing payments efficiently and correctly, producing accurate paperwork, writing letters to customers, and responding to customer or coworker requests to research problems and review documentation in a timely manner. In addition, this position is accountable for data entry of loan information, updating and maintaining electronic loan files, and filing and maintaining paper loan files. Other items this position is responsible for are document and lien tracking and preparing discharge of mortgage and lien releases. The Loan Servicer must have basic knowledge of loan documentation, RESPA, and some knowledge of investor accounting. Strong customer and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn all aspects of loan servicing is a must.
Education/Experience requirements: High School Diploma -or- equivalent PLUS 2 years of Banking experience.
collections manager
The Collections Manager is accountable for structuring the activities and personnel of the Collections Department to effectively reduce delinquency ratios and Bank losses. This position is responsible for providing recommendations to Management regarding repossessions, foreclosures, and coordination of legal action with attorneys. The Collections Manager works in conjunction with their staff to contact delinquent customers through phone calls, letters and personal visits. The individual will also assist in designing and administering collection processes, policies and procedures. Proficient use of technology to produce high value Management reports is a critical function. Knowledge of lending products, as well as Federal and State regulations governing collections, bankruptcies and foreclosures is essential. Additional responsibilities include training, developing and overseeing performance management of the Collection staff and Workout Specialist. Strong customer service and stress tolerance skills are required

business process analyst
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Bank’s business units to understand their business needs, day to day processes, and strategic objectives in order to determine the best use of technology to streamline all business processes. The Bank's objective is to ensure efficient processes are in use and existing technology is used to its best advantage. As such, this position requires the ability to gain a full understanding of the capabilities of the Bank's Core system in order to determine how to best use its features and functionality. The candidate will need to be able to understand technology, best practices, and how to derive efficient use of the technology and at the same time bridge the technology language to communicate with the Bank's end users whose focus is to accomplish specific tasks within the overall business process. Strong listening and communication skills are a must. The position requires the ability to envision the 'big picture' of the overall Bank procedures and maintain this perspective while being able to break down the components and create a project plan for implementation of appropriate changes. The responsibilities of this position include creating, tracking, and managing a project plan that will result in efficient processes taking advantage of technology as appropriate. The individual appointed will work with other Bank team member's to understand business processes and execute these project plans. The ability to invoke change from both a technical and cultural perspective is required.
Education/Experience requirements: BA/BS Degree in a Liberal Arts -or- Business Degree with a strong background in business processes and use of technology. Experience in the Financial Industry is highly preferred.
systems administrator
The Systems Administrator is responsible for day to day maintenance of the Bank's information technology infrastructure, as well as, the implementation of both tactical and strategic projects as directed by Bank management. Guidance and strategy will be provided by the
AVP, Information Technology, but initiative, ability to plan and manage ones' own activities is required. In-depth knowledge of both system and network infrastructure is required. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and upgrading the Bank's applications. User administration and security will also be handled. This position is accountable for performing system backups, coordinating WAN services, and supporting server systems and software. As the Systems Administrator, additional tasks include second level Help Desk support, computer equipment installations and repairs and assisting in the development of disaster recovery procedures and training programs. The Systems Administrator is also responsible for participating in the evaluation and selection of new software and hardware products and proposing recommendations regarding use and standardization of technology. The individual appointed will also work with a team to enhance the Bank's use of technology to provide efficient and streamlined operating procedures. The candidate should be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Banking environment.
The Systems Administrator should possess a strong background in Microsoft Windows Server technology, including DNS, DHCP, LDAP and Active Directory. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in maintaining Citrix Metaframe Published applications, along with a solid understanding of Cisco routers, switches and firewall technology as well as Wide Area Network concepts.
Education/Experience requirements: BA/BS Degree in Information Technology and 4 years of related experience -or- AS Degree in Information Technology and 6 years of related experience.
