Seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to increase our market presence primarily in Southern Dutchess and Orange counties. This position is responsible for developing new business, underwriting and retaining a portfolio of profitable lending relationships and negotiating loan structures and documentation. This position utilizes knowledge of Bank products and services to effectively facilitate cross selling and referral opportunities. A successful Lender will identify business opportunities, develop our exisiting customer base and initiate new client relationships of large revenue potential and complexity to meet department goals. The Commercial Lender will assist in the development of new tools, products and marketing efforts, as well as attend various functions to support positive and highly visible presence within the community.
Education and Experience Requirements: BS/BA degree with 5-7 years of Commercial Lending experience.
