Q: When can I use Business Online Banking?
A: With Business Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24-hours a day, 7 days a week!
Q: Do you offer electronic statements?
A: Yes, we offer eStatements, which will give you up to 12 months of transaction history, all with a click of a button.
Q: How do I access my eStatement?
A: Sign in to your Business Online Banking account, click on online services, from the drop down menu choose online statements.
Q: Can I customize access to my business accounts for multiple on-line users?
A: Yes, we offer the ability to allow customized levels of access to accounts for non-signers or signers who are not officers of the business (ie. Accountants or Office Managers that work for the business;) Simply log on to Business Online Banking and click on 'Administration'. From the drop down menu choose 'User Maintenance' and then 'User Profile Maintenance'. You will be able to add or delete people and change their level of access to your accounts.
Q: Can I place balance alerts on my accounts?
A: Yes, with Business Online Banking, you have the ability to set up alerts on your account for yourself. When your balance falls below or rises above the limits you set, you will receive an alert via email. To set up the alert, log into your Business Online Banking Account and click on 'Administration'. From the drop down menu choose 'Balance Alerts'. Here you will be able to select the account you wish to monitor, the dollar amount that you want to be alerted on and the email address where you would like to receive the balance alert.
Q: Can I place "stop payments" on checks online?
A: Yes, you can place stop payments online without calling or going to the Branch. Log onto Business Online Banking and click on 'Account Services'. You can add a new stop payment or view your stop payment activity history. With this option, you can also give others with account access the ability to complete stop payments.
Q: Will I have the ability to transfer funds via ACH origination?
A: We offer the ability to create direct deposit payroll for your employees and offer direct billing to your customers. If you are interested in this feature, please contact our Customer Solutions Center for approval and set up.
Q: Can I create / initiate a foreign or domestic wire online?
A: Yes, with Business Online Banking, you can complete both foreign and domestic wires from your office with multiple levels of security. You also have the ability to create a template or "free form" with multiple levels of access and approve the wire yourself. Please contact our Customer Solutions Center for assistance with set up. Pre-approval for this feature is required. Note: Wires must be in by 1 pm Eastern Standard Time to go out on that business day.
Q: Can I export my account information into a business bookkeeping system directly from my online banking access?
A: Yes, you can export your account information into QuickBooks, WebConnect for QuickBooks, Money OFX, Quicken / Money, a Comma delimited format program or a HTML format program. Once you have logged into Business Online Banking, click on 'Balance Reporting' then 'Account Summary'. Select the account you want to export into your bookkeeping software. At the bottom of the Account Details screen there is a drop down navigation box that says Select Export Format, choose your software (QuickBooks, WebConnect for QuickBooks, Money OFX, Quicken / Money, Comma delimited format program or HTML format program) and click 'Export'.
