A: An eStatement is an account statement that is delivered electronically in a .pdf format.
Q: Can I get eStatements for all my accounts?
A: eStatements are available for checking, money market and savings accounts.

A: eStatements are very secure. You sign into your own personal online banking account to access your statements.
Q: Do I have to be an Online Banking Customer to use the eStatement Service?
A: Yes! If you are not a current Online Banking customer, please click here to register.
Q: How do I sign up for eStatements?
A: In order to sign up for eStatements, you must be an Online Banking customer with a valid User ID and Password. Once you have signed on to your Online Banking account, click on 'Products & Services' and choose 'eStatements'. You must accept and agree to the terms and conditions on the eStatements disclosure in order to access this service. If you are not a current Online Banking customer, please click here to register.

Q: Is there a fee for eStatements?
A: There is no fee to receive eStatements.
Q: Do I still receive a paper statement if I sign up for eStatements?
A: No! Once you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.
Q: How will I know when my eStatement is ready to view?
A: Rhinebeck Savings Bank will send you an e-mail notification once your eStatement is ready for viewing.
Q: How long are eStatements available?
A: eStatements are available for a period of up to12 months.
Q: How do I cancel eStatements?
A: You may withdraw consent at any time in writing and submit to: Rhinebeck Savings Bank, Attention: Customer Solutions Center, PO Box 1191, Poughkeepsie NY 12602 or email us.
Q: Will I still receive statement inserts with eStatements?
A: Yes! When you log on to your eStatement account, you will be able to view any special inserts utilizing the Statement Insert tab.
Q: Are there any special computer requirements to receive eStatements?
A: To view, receive, download and print eStatements, you will need Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 5.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox® version 1.0 or higher and Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 4.0 or higher.
